They will now appear in the second stage of NTSE that was earlier scheduled on 13<sup>th<\/sup> June, 2021. The exemplary coaching by CFAL has now made it the most preferred choice for NTSE scholarship aspirants.\u00a0<\/p><p>About 151548 students from Karnataka out of which 4807 students from Dakshina Kannada had appeared in the exam. However, a total of only 385 in general and various other categories got through the first stage and made it to the final exams. A total of 4,000 students from across India write the finals and only 2,000 students go on to be NTSE scholars, making the exam harder to crack than NEET or JEE Advanced.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-24e50c0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"24e50c0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>About NTSE: <\/strong><\/p><p>National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) is one of the most prestigious national level scholarship programs conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) for Std. 10 students. It aims to identify and recognize students with high intellect and academic talent. The exam is held in two stages: Stage 1 (State\/UT level) and Stage 2 (National level).\u00a0<\/p><p>The exam was introduced in 1963, with the objective of acknowledging intelligent students and nurturing their talent at a very young age. NTSE scholarship scheme provides financial assistance to meritorious students in the form of monthly scholarship. Students who are awarded the scholarship receive financial assistance up to Ph. D level in Social Sciences, Basic Sciences and Commerce.
